Done-for-you: your wellness business’s seat, built for you — on one seat, before payroll.
You have seen how to staff one seat like a role instead of buying a tool per leak. This is what it looks like when we wire that seat for you — the handbook, the read-only connectors, the per-workflow rooms and the scheduled drudge jobs, delivered turnkey — with a named human holding the master sign-off.
When a small wellness business gets busy, the tempting move is to go shopping — a tool for the inbox, a tool for the posts, a tool for the notes — until you are paying for a software zoo no one has time to run. Done-for-you is the opposite instinct, delivered: we set up one seat like a role, wire it into the tools you already use, and hand you a build that closes the gap between demand and care — without adding a person to payroll, and without you learning to wire it yourself.
what we actually build
- The handbook — services, pricing rules, booking policies, tone and what a good client reply looks like — written with you and set as the standing brief every workflow inherits.
- Exactly the connectors you need, wired read-only into the shared inbox and calendar, so the seat drafts replies against what the schedule actually shows — with a person still pressing send.
- An enquiries room that drafts same-day replies to new enquiries for a human to approve in minutes, so interest stops going cold in the gap.
- An intake room that knows your form, so new-client intake is summarised and prepped before the first session instead of after it.
- A rebooking room on your cadence plus one scheduled drudge job — a weekly list of clients due a check-in and cold enquiries due a second touch, each with a draft already waiting.
“The worker your clinic could never afford now sits at a desk that costs almost nothing, wired into the tools you already run. The manager who signs off on its work is still, and always, a named human.”
the line that keeps this safe
Two commitments are built into the delivery, not bolted on afterwards. First: a human owns every client-facing output — the seat drafts, a person sends — and we keep every connector read-only, because a seat that can read and draft is huge leverage at low risk while a seat that can send unattended is a different decision you have not made yet. Second: client data stays inside the same consent and confidentiality boundaries you already keep for records. Handle those two and the seat stops being a risk and becomes the role that lets you say yes to the next ten clients without dropping the care you were built on.
who should skip it
If someone on your team has run the setup and the eight business hacks and enjoyed it, build it in-house — you will own it completely and pay nothing. Done-for-you is for the business with no spare pair of hands to do the wiring, or that wants every connector configured safely the first time. We build it so you own it and can maintain it yourself; it is a turnkey start, not a monthly dependency.
what to do this week
Before you decide, fix your leakiest workflow yourself — usually enquiries. Write the handbook, build one enquiries room, connect the inbox read-only, and delegate the draft with the send kept human. Run it for two weeks and count the enquiries that no longer go cold; that number tells you whether the full turnkey build is worth handing over.
