Wellness & AI provides educational content: a free 10-day email challenge, a 12-day course (Individual or Practitioner), and an ongoing membership. We teach a method for using general-purpose AI tools to organise personal health information.

Not medical advice. Nothing on this site is medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Consult a qualified practitioner before changing any health behaviour, supplement, or medication.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to purchase. One account per person.

• The 10-day email challenge is free.
• The 12-day Individual Course: €97/year or €150 lifetime.
• The 12-day Practitioner Course: €250/year or €350 lifetime.
• Membership: €15/month or €150/year (Individual); €25/month or €250/year (Practitioner).
• All prices in EUR, processed by Stripe. Local taxes may apply.

14-day refund window. If a course is not for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Membership cancels at any time and stops the next renewal; we don’t refund partial billing periods.

No lifetime memberships. Memberships are either monthly or annual — never a one-time lifetime purchase — because the AI landscape changes too fast.

Course materials, Notion templates, and prompt libraries are licensed to you for personal use (Individual) or use with your own clients (Practitioner). You may not resell, rebrand, or redistribute them as your own product.

• No reverse-engineering of paid materials for resale.
• No automated scraping of the site or member content.
• No use of materials to make medical or diagnostic claims.

We may suspend access if you breach these terms. You may cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting us.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state in which we are established. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active customers. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
