Sabin — Founder
Tech background · Wellness coach · Nervous system regulator
Sabin spent years inside tech — building software, vibe-coding new ideas into existence, watching the same playbook repeat: apps that gatekeep your own data, then turn you into an algorithm so they can sell more of themselves back to you.
She’s also a wellness coach and nervous-system regulator. The two worlds don’t usually meet. When they do, the result is what she kept wishing existed: tools that hand you back the data you already generate, a method to read it, and the agency to act on it — without another subscription deciding what’s good for you.
A note on how this was built. The course, this website, and the artwork were made using AI tools under Sabin’s direction. AI accelerated the drafting, the layout, the reference imagery. A human picked the values, ranked the evidence, and signed off every page. We say it out loud because it is the same method we teach — AI is a tool, humans decide its use. Read the full note.
