- Free accounts on Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT. A free Notion workspace. That's it.
- When emails arrive
- 08:00 your local time, Monday through the following Wednesday.
- What if I miss a day
- Pick up the next morning. The method survives gaps. Perfectionism kills the practice.
- Can I forward the emails
- Please do. Forwarding is the fastest compliment we know.
- What happens on Day 11
- One follow-up email with the full Course offer. Then silence unless you ask for more.
