DONE-FOR-YOU

Done-for-you: your solo practice, staffed for you — and signed by you.

You have seen how to induct a worker as the associate you could never afford. This is what it looks like when we induct it for you — the handbook, the client rooms, the delegated drafts and the weekly sweep, delivered ready — with the sign-off gate wired in so nothing client-facing ever goes out unsigned.

Done-for-you: your solo practice, staffed for you and signed by you

Most solo practitioners who want an associate do not want a second job learning to build one. They want the evenings back, not a new skill to master at 10pm. Done-for-you is the version where we do the induction for you: we set up the worker as the associate you could never afford, hand you a desk that already works, and wire in the one thing that makes it safe to lean on — the gate where your sign-off is the only way anything reaches a client.

what we actually build

  1. The induction — a one-page account of how you practise, your scope, your tone, what a good client summary looks like to you and the things you never say — written with you and set as the standing brief so the worker stops re-introducing itself for every task.
  2. A room per client that holds the induction plus the raw file — the actual intake, not your paraphrase — so every draft reasons from the real record.
  3. The delegated intake summary, delivered as a draft you read like a supervisor reading a junior: keep the good, correct the rest, sign it.
  4. Session prep set up as an interview, not a script — the ten unresolved questions, the contradictions, the follow-ups you promised and forgot — so the build sharpens your care, not just your admin.
  5. The weekly sweep — a standing list of who is due a follow-up, each with a draft check-in already waiting — so ‘I should contact them’ becomes a two-minute approve-and-send.

The associate we deliver is not the chat box. It is the induction, the rooms and the clock, assembled around the one thing we never automate: your sign-off. You hire the leverage; you stay the practitioner.

the line that keeps this safe

Two commitments are built into every delivery, not left to your good intentions. First: you draft nothing you did not approve — nothing reaches a client without your sign-off, however good the draft looks. Second: we set you up to be honest with clients about where AI helps in your process and where your judgement does the work, because transparency builds trust rather than eroding it. Your value was never that you could remember everything; it was that you could be trusted to decide. We make the remembering cheap so more of you goes to the deciding.

who should skip it

If you have run the setup hour and the eight practitioner hacks and enjoyed it, build it yourself — you already have the skill and it is genuinely a good use of a quiet afternoon. Done-for-you is for the practitioner whose next free afternoon is three weeks away, or who wants the whole thing configured correctly the first time. We build it so you own it and could rebuild it yourself later; it is a head start, not a leash.

what to do this week

Before you decide, run the smallest piece yourself: write your one-page induction and delegate a single intake summary on one real client. Sign it off like a supervisor. If that one draft hands you back a 9pm skim, you know what a full build would do — and you keep the sign-off either way.
